This cute 'steam punk' style Butterfly brooch pin has been designed and made by myself out of Polymer Clay. It has teeny tiny watch parts, cogs, beads, pins, and a whole host of other textural details. It has also been 'antiqued' with a special paste and has had a gold highlights added to accentuate the patterns. 
 
This is a ONE OF A KIND brooch, I only ever make one... the stlye and character of the next Butterfly that I design will be different.
I love making these quirky critters, even though my eyesight is often tested with the minute details and inclusions. It is the industrial look and trying to incorporate pieces of old watches, jewellery findings and anything else that I think might be fun. 
 
The pin on the back is a silver coloured metal.
It comes to you in a lined gift box.
