Shipping costs & general information:

 

UK orders:

 

UK Postage/shipping:

Standard 2nd Class Shipping: £3.00

First Class and Signed for: £4.55

Orders over £40 will be FREE

 

For most items we use Royal Mail first class post, which normally arrives in 2-5 working days. 

At busy times of the year orders may take up to 7 days to process so if you require something in a hurry, please e-mail and we will see what we can do to get it out quickly.  If ordering more than one item, please get in touch and I can recalculate the postage.

 

Overseas orders:

 

USA Postage/Shipping: Tracked and Signed for: £10.00

 

Rest of the World Postage/Shipping: Tracked and Signed for £10.00

Shipping on orders over £100 will be FREE

I only provide Tracked and Signed for shipping for overseas orders, simply for my peace of mind. I want your purchase to arrive with you in a safe and secure way and having it tracked will help enable me to keep you informed how long the delivery will take. I am unable to completely guarantee delivery dates... there are a lot of other factors involved, such as strikes, customs, etc... but be rest assured that I will do my utmost to get your purchase to you in a professional and secure manner.

 

Due to a high level of fraud and packages going missing, there are certain countries we are unable to ship to, these include the following: Chile, Egypt, Georgia, Ghana, Indonesia, Nigeria, Pakistan, Peru, Romania, Serbia, Thailand, Venezuela, Yugoslavia.

Other countries may be added to the list at our discretion. If in doubt, please e-mail first.

 

Packaging:

 

All items will be gift wrapped in tissue paper and ribbon and then wrapped in bubble wrap so that it will protect your purchase during postage. The items will be then placed in a padded envelope or box. 

 

Items Out of Stock:

 

In the event that an ordered item is unavailable or out of stock, you will be e-mailed and offered a full refund. After 48 hours if no reply is received a refund will be issued to avoid further delays of your order. Most of the out of stock items cannot be back-ordered as I only make one or two pieces of jewellery and subsequent items will be different because of their hand made quality, please reorder at a later date. Please get in touch as there are some pieces that I can recreate in a similar way.

Payment:

 

Payment can be made through Paypal using their secure server, by cheque/postal order (UK only)  You do not need a Paypal account to pay through Paypal.  Select Paypal as your payment method at the checkout, then follow the link for non-account holders.

If no payment is received within 7 days, orders will be cancelled and items returned to stock.

Please note we do not have a physical shop, although I do have a workshop from where I also sell my work, but you will need to book a time to visit. We operate by internet, mail order, craft fairs and some shops/galleries.

We do not add VAT (Value Added Tax) to orders or any other sales tax.

 

Despatch: 

Despatch is aimed to be within 3-7 working days of the receipt of payment, but this may be longer at busier times of the trading year. If an order is urgent, please inform us and we will try to hurry your order out to you. If goods are out of stock you will be informed and refunded accordingly.

 

Returns:

Occasionally mistakes happen, if you have any queries or problems, please do let us know and we will try to help. In the unlikely event that goods are faulty, you should notify us by letter or e-mail within seven days of delivery. These goods will be replaced free-of-charge, or a full refund issued. The goods must be returned to us, a refund of your postage will be sent to you.  Please obtain a certificate of posting. You must return the goods to us in new and unused condition. You must take reasonable care to ensure that the goods are not damaged in the meantime and that they are packaged well so that they are not damaged in transit. We are unable to refund any shipping charges, unless the item is faulty, broken or sent in error. 

 

 

Ear fittings. 

 

All ear fittings on the website are Sterling Silver unless otherwise stated. Most earrings can also be converted to silver plated or gold plated ear-clips or screws (for those who don't have pierced ears) at no extra charge on request. 

If you wish for a different ear fitting to the one described on the website please ask.

If you require any of these alternative ear-fitting please e-mail or add your requirements in the 'your comments' box at checkout. If there is any adjustment in final price to your order you will be contacted before the order is processed.
